Follow these tips to save water.

:

  • LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR SPRINKLER TIMER:  Google how to operate your timer to save water - especially during rainy periods.

  • EXPERIMENT with different days to maintain a balance between keeping the landscaping healthy today and green for your protection at move-out.

  • WATER IN THE MORNING: Night watering is not good for the plants, and it prohibits you from catching leaks that your Gardner will never see.

  • WEEKLY INSPECT THE YARD FOR LEAKS: Walk the yard, look for mushy spots and breaks.

  • COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR GARDENER. Report leaks promptly. Remember, the Gardner is not there all the time to see what is going on, nor is your owner.

  • Remember, for most of residential single homes, pest prevention is the responsibility of the Tenant - unless it impacts health and safety.
